Every once in a while, someone comes along who reminds us why hard work, passion, and relentless drive truly matter. Today, we’re so proud to celebrate one of our own, Rukmi, on reaching a huge milestone!
Rukmi, one of our brilliant Senior Accountants, has just been awarded the Best Performer of the Master of Professional Finance program at the Department of Finance, University of Kelaniya. On top of that, she’s also a Gold Medallist, finishing with a perfect 4.0 GPA – a truly outstanding achievement!
For the past three years and eight months, Rukmi has been an irreplaceable part of our team, delivering top-notch work for one of our key clients in Australia.
Last year, Rukmi travelled with her team to Australia to visit the client onsite. During her visit, she played a vital role in streamlining processes, identifying efficiencies, and strengthening the relationship between the teams. Her dedication and expertise left a lasting impression — not only improving operations but also deepening the relationship with the client.
But what makes her journey even more inspiring is how she continues to push boundaries: from earning her BSc in Business Administration (Special) (where she was a Dean’s Lister!) to currently pursuing with the CIMA qualification (Managerial Level).
Beyond all her amazing achievements, what sets Rukmi apart is her attitude – she never settles. She’s always learning, growing, and lifting the team up with her.
