With an impressive set of qualifications: ACMA/CGMA from CIMA, CPA Australia, and a Master of Professional Finance from the University of Kelaniya, Niroshan has continued to strengthen his practical experience by continuously upskilling, and that is what truly sets him apart.
His CIMA membership reflects his strength in strategy and decision-making, while being a CPA Australia professional gives him the credibility and skill to navigate his current role working with a leading CPA firm in Australia. His Master’s has only added to this, sharpening his analytical edge and making him a true all-rounder in finance and accounting. Now, he’s setting his sights on the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) qualification, eager to broaden his expertise even further.
Across six years in the BPO industry and more than three years specialising in Australian accounting and tax, Niroshan has grown into an exceptional leader. Today, as a Senior Accountant, he not only manages a talented team but also plays a hands-on role with one of our key Australian clients. His focus on smarter workflows and automation has introduced process improvements that now save nearly 50 hours every month, creating real impact for both his client and his team.
But what really makes Niroshan special is who he is as a person. He has a way about him that can ease even the most intense situations, and the kind of personality that gets along with absolutely anyone, be it his team, peers, or clients. He is loyal, positive, and always ready to try new things. He brings the same energy to the people around him that he does at work, making him someone people genuinely enjoy working with and having on their team.
